For personal use only. Commercial use, resale, reproduction for profit, and the use of the artwork for training or generating AI content are strictly prohibited.

Please note that I may decline a commission if the request is too complex for me to execute, or if it features a romantic couple involving any character from my personal ships. Couple outside my ships or trio or group compositions are perfectly fine. You can review my ship list here.

The length of time of the process varies between 1-3 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and my personal condition. Client may also set specific deadline for the commission.

Maximum of revision is only limited to three times, major revision will be charged with additional fee starting from IDR 10k / $5 USD.

Full payment is made after final design approval. Payment via Paypal (USD) and bank via BNI or BCA (IDR).

It is expected to send character reference details such as: facial features, body pose, clothing, color palette, ornaments relevant to the order in one file & the client can provide a specific deadline.

The final design will be sent via email or google drive as PNG file.

I retain full rights to the artwork, including the right to share it in my portfolio or on social media, unless otherwise agreed upon. All completed commissions will be posted on my Twitter account @astagajahe. However, clients may request that their commission not be shared publicly due to personal reasons.
